Paired with: Lighthouse Collectors Reserve Merlot

  • Braised beef short rib with mature cheddar: Twice-cooked beef short rib served with a decadent cheese sauce; OR
  • Tomato and Red Pepper Gazpacho: Traditionally served cold, a spicy soup served with parmesan shavings, crisp bread and an extra virgin olive oil drizzle.


Paired with: Durbanville Hills Chardonnay

  • Pan Seared Line Fish: Lemon and garlic line fish with roast bell pepper and served with summer vegetables; OR
  • Pork Belly: Crispy roasted pork belly served with apple mint sorbet and beetroot risotto; OR
  • Tempura Cauliflower and Mushroom Steak: Served with apricot salsa

  • Chenin Blanc Berry Sorbet: Served with candied pineapple, kiwi and strawberries; OR
