Yes, secure undercover parking is available in our basement, accessible from Dorman Street, at an additional cost per vehicle per night. This can be settled upon arrival at reception, or added as an extra when you book online.

Yes, we do offer 24-hour check-in service for your convenience.

Are guests allowed to use general hotel areas before check-in & after check-out?

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to use our communal areas before check-in and after check-out before departing. We have a large lounge area that is perfect for killing some time before your room may be ready for check in from 2pm.

Can I book a late check-out at Kloof Street Hotel?

We offer a late check-out service subject to availability and an additional fee. Please email prior to checking in as this service is only subject to room availability.

Does Kloof Street Hotel have an iron/ironing board in the rooms?

While irons and ironing boards are not provided in rooms, laundry services are available for a nominal fee. Please advise management for collection. Laundry bags are provided in your suite cupboard along with a list of charges. The laundry charge will be added to your general bill and may be settled on departure. Dry cleaning is also available from an outsourced company. Please inquire at reception for more information.

Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with a minibar. Please note that minibar items are chargeable. Should you have any special stock requests for your minibar just pop us an email on before your stay.
